12564 - Project Manager (remote option) - Tallahassee, FL

Start Date : ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration :4 months with possible extensions.

Work Setting: Remote option available.

Required:

•Experience in Information Technology (7+ years);

•Project management experience (4+ years);

•Experience managing one or more projects of medium to high complexity using use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. SCRUM, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies), resource management practices and change management techniques.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Assemble project plans and the work assignments;

•Direct and monitor the Team's work efforts daily by identifying project resource needs, performing quality review of work performed; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately;

•Track key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs;

•Coordinate communication with all areas that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed;

•Assist Program Director in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals.
